CONTEST TERMS OF SERVICE April Showers Contest Terms of Service 1. Introduction Welcome to the "April Showers" contest ("Contest") hosted by HEADRUSH ("we," "us," "our"). By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), so please read them carefully before participating. 2. Contest Period The Contest begins on April 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on April 20, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET ("Contest Period"). All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible to win. 3. Eligibility - Participants must be legal residents of Canada or the United States. - Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. - The Contest is online only and is not affiliated with any other retailers. - Employees of HEADRUSH, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Contest. 4. How to Participate - Participants must spend over $75 on an online order at [www.headrush.com] during the Contest Period to receive one (1) random coloured keychain. - Participants spending over $150 on an online order during the Contest Period will receive two (2) random coloured keychains. - No purchase-necessary methods of entry are available upon request. 5. Winner Selection and Notification - The first three (3) participants to collect all three (3) coloured keychains (orange, yellow, and black) and submit proof of collection to contest@headrushbrand.com by April 30, 2024, will be declared potential winners. - Proof of collection includes the participants' full legal names, order numbers, and photo evidence of themselves with all three different coloured keychains. - Potential winners will be contacted via email by May 5, 2024, to claim their prizes. 6. Prizes Winners will receive a $300 gift card to shop online at [www.headrush.com] and the option to choose between a customized HEADRUSH Zip-up Hoodie or a T-shirt. 7. General Conditions - By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and the decisions of HEADRUSH, which are final and binding in all respects. - HEADRUSH is not responsible for any technical, hardware, software, or telecommunications malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated 8.
